Following a complete inventory of your data with adminGtool Basic, your data are stored on our high-security server. For security reasons, the storage takes place offline. You have two possibilities to temporarily switch your database online:

1) By entering your user ID and password in your adminGtool Web Account (client login area) you will have secure access to your data for a limited period of time. The time limitation is intended to prevent data abuse.

2) Should a situation arise where you are unable to access your web account via a server connection, it can also be accessed via other means of communication (e.g. WAP mobile, PDA).

This service is available for a monthly fee of € 9.99, which also covers program-related service enquiries. More detailed enquiries can be dealt with by our support hotline (24/7) for an additional charge based on an hourly rate. Here, you will be advised by experienced system administrators who will support you in solving your problems. If desired, the initial inventory of your data can be carried out cost-efficiently by our technicians or partners and the adminGtool database completely made ready for use. This service is recommended especially for small and medium-sized enterprises that do not have a full-time system administrator or maintenance contract.
