adminGtool V1.7 – even more functionality and user friendliness for systems administrators

Back in July 2005, the Beta version/Version 1.0 of the adminGtool made system administrators, service technicians and systems houses prick up their ears: the publication of the new software finally provided a single administration tool for simple and user-friendly administration even of mixed network infrastructures. Now, with the adminGtool V1.7, George Curta is presenting a new, higher-powered english version. Just in time for system administrators to carry out the typical end-of-year maintenance and optimisation work on the networks they support. 

The 1.7 version of this unique administration tool for the first time supports the export of data in pdf and Excel format (so far only a CSV export was possible!). In addition, thanks to the optimised database structure, adminGtool V1.7 features improved performance and greater stability.

The various modules of the Filemaker 8 - runtime solution for the administration of passwords, soft- and hardware configurations, employee access data, time verification and travel expenses accounting, serial numbers, maintenance contracts, work reporting, terms and conditions and invoicing substantially facilitate network administration for adminGtool users. At the same time, the integrated efficient controlling functions help to noticeably lower EDP costs.

adminGtool V1.7 supports Mac and Windows platforms and in a hybrid version is also ideal for administrating mixed networks. The already known Basic, Pro and Enterprise versions of adminGtool are also available in the newly published version.
